Installation was completed very quickly. Andrew, Chris and Brian were excellent, very professional and thorough in their work.This new “condensorless” ductless AC unit is a great install. No big heat exchanger outside, just two 8″ dia holes from the interior unit to draw in and exhaust outside air. Gave very good heat this last week. Can’t wait to use it during the heat of summer.Brian in particular was very thorough and detailed in installing this new kind of ductless ac unit, and the area was spotlessly cleaned afterwards. Turns out he’s one of the owners of the company. When an owner is hands-on and does such fine work, you just know this is a great company to deal with. Highly recommended!

From the start, the office staff were quick to connect us with a site visit within 24 hours. Ryan assessed the basement interior to determine the source of incoming water. Brian assisted the following day to confirm next steps, which involved inspecting and flushing out the perimeter drain tile system. I had Kevin from High Mark to perform annual maintenance on my water based radiant heating unit (Superhot from Allied Engineering). He was very thorough in checking the unit and identifying areas that needed servicing. He was able to lay out various options and explain the pros/cons of each. The actual work was performed within the planned time and very professionally including post work cleanup.One suggestion for the High Mark team – There should be an option to take the annual maintenance plan so that the discounts can be used for first job also rather than it being available only for the second time. Maybe an upfront annual payment option would help in avoiding any buy-and-cancel cases.

Ryan was terrific! He was prompt, knowledgeable and very conscientious. There were some problems getting parts, not Highmark’s fault in any way, but Ryan stayed on top of it, problem solved and as soon as possible was back to install the new part. Ryan came to fix a leaky hose in our hot water heater. He was on time, very polite. He inspected our hot water heater. He told us the cause and provided 3 options to fix it and replace parts that were close to failing. Once he was done he cleaned everything up including mopping the floor without us asking. Tassos did an absolutely amazing job. His dedication to providing the best possible experience for the client is outstanding. He stayed until 9:00 last night in order to ensure that I would have heat. So important in this very cold weather. First, I have to say I didn’t get paid for writing this nor any special perks. Heck, I haven’t even used them yet. Truthfully, I had a conversation with an old friend the other day, and I mentioned how my parents had to call two different plumbers last month, just to look at a small leak in the attic. The first person who came told us it was the gutter leaking into the house as the roof needed to be done… (strange because 2 weeks prior they got them cleaned professionally and our roof was done last year) so they said theyd called another company just to get a second opinion to be told it was our dryer hose being disconnected; absolutely nothing to do with roof/gutters. Simple fix.Now, if I knew Chris George was working at High Mark, I honestly would have saved my parents the hassle in paying two different bills and called you guys ! I’ve never heard someone more passionate about a company than Chris. He talked extremely high about your company and discussed briefly what you guys would of did different. He mentioned how positive you guys are, how hard you guys truly work, and just how knowledgeable your company is compared to others. Not to mention everything your company offers. Had all the right stuff to take the pipes apart and get to that clog so everything drained after that. And then to put it all back together with a proper vent. From start to finish, David from Highmark Plumbing provided first rate service in the replacement of our leaking hot water tank. He came out quickly on a Saturday to assess the problem, recommended to us to wait till Monday to replace the tank to save a lot of money in overtime charges (which we did) and found a tank to fit in our very small space! David then arrived promptly on Monday morning and within an hour had the old tank out and the new one installed and ready to go. And he left the work area clean and tidy.
